To initiate an exchange, please follow these simple steps:

Prepare Your Return
On the receipt included in your original package, clearly write the item you wish to exchange and specify the new size(s) you want. -
Send Your Package

Receive Your E-Credit Code
After processing your exchange, we will send you an email with an E-Credit code (store credit) for the net price of your returned item(s), minus any shipping charges (or discount codes if applicable).You can use this E-Credit code towards your exchange or for future online purchases. Simply enter the code at checkout.

Track Your Return
For added security, we recommend including a tracking number with your return shipment. We are not responsible for items lost in transit without a tracking number.
