To process an exchange, please follow these simple steps:
- Make sure your purchased item is exchangeable (noted in FAQs).
- Write on your receipt (provided in original package) what you would like to have exchanged and new requested size(s).

- Depending on the shipping method selected, your return may take several days to reach us. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once it is received into our distribution center.
- Once we receive your exchange, we will send you an email with an E-Credit code (store credit) for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge (or discount codes if applicable).
- E-Credit code (store credit) can be used towards your exchange or future online purchases. Simply enter the code at checkout.
Helpful Hint: We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.
