RETURNS OR EXCHANGE

To initiate an exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Verify Eligibility
    Ensure that your item is eligible for exchange. For details, please refer to our FAQs.

  2. Prepare Your Return
    On the receipt included in your original package, clearly write the item you wish to exchange and specify the new size(s) you want.

  3. Send Your Package
    Mail your return to:

    Note: The time it takes for your return to reach us depends on the shipping method you choose. Please allow 5-7 days for processing once we receive your package at our distribution center.

  4. Receive Your E-Credit Code
    After processing your exchange, we will send you an email with an E-Credit code (store credit) for the net price of your returned item(s), minus any shipping charges (or discount codes if applicable).

    You can use this E-Credit code towards your exchange or for future online purchases. Simply enter the code at checkout.

  5. Track Your Return
    For added security, we recommend including a tracking number with your return shipment. We are not responsible for items lost in transit without a tracking number.
