What are your shipping options? 

All orders are mailed out using USPS First Class Mail. 

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Estimated delivery timeframe for orders sent via USPS mail is currently 10-15 business days. Once the order has been shipped a notification will be sent via email providing tracking information.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, we do offer international shipping.  

Can I track my order? 

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the order to be processed. Once the order has been officially processed a tracking number will be provided within the Shipping Notification email. 

Can I modify or cancel my order? 

To modify or cancel your order, please email us at info@guariz.com on the same day you place your order, before 12 AM Eastern Standard Time, for a full refund. If you contact us after midnight, we can offer in-store credit for the total amount paid. Please note that cancellations are not accepted during sales, and once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
